Adult Neurodiversity Process Group
Facilitated by Xyla Payne, LICSW
Licensed clinician
About this group
Navigating life as a neurodivergent adult can be draining from masking, burnout, sensory overload, and frequent misunderstanding. This neurodiversity-affirming adult group offers a supportive space for autistic, ADHD, OCD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults to show up authentically. You’ll build practical tools for emotion regulation, communication skills, boundaries, and healthier interpersonal relationships while having your processing style respected. Stimming, pausing, and being your full self are welcomed. This group reinforces that your way of being is valid and growth is possible without sacrificing authenticity.
