Tuesday Evening In-Person Psychodrama Group
Facilitated by Blaze Creature, LMHC; Blaze F Creature; Blaze F Creature
About this group
Psychodrama is a relational group therapy modality that recognizes we are wired for connection the best way to address our challenges is together, with solidarity, warmth, and serious play. This is a closed group with rolling admission that caps at 8 members. We meet weekly and I ask for a minimum 3 month commitment. My groups may be a good fit if you've done a lot of individual healing and you're ready for a dynamic, non-individualistic growth experience that centers wholeness and vitality. Group is especially supportive for people working with relational wounding, trauma, burnout, isolation, anxiety, and grief. People of all genders, sexuality, races, and cultural background welcome. There are two flights of stairs up to my office that may limit some people from participating. This modality is embodied and will ask you to move intermittently and occasionally stand for short periods, though all invitations to movement can be modified.
