Support Group for Women (30 to 40+)
Facilitated by Romina Romero-Hermoso
About this group
Discovering a betrayal within a relationship can leave you feeling overwhelmed, confused and in pain. We live in uncertain times, holding traumatic experiences and what’s in front of us could seem disconcerting or even intimidating. Suppressing what you feel could seem like a quick way to fix what’s bothering you but inner reflection, acknowledgment of inner and outer barriers within a safe community space might have the power to propel you towards genuine self-compassion, clarity, and a sense of empowerment from within. In this support group you can discover new ways to know yourself, cope, relate to others, and move towards a more integrated version of yourself. In this trauma sensitive support group we will utilize expressive arts and a liberation based feminist approach to healing together.
