About this group
Starting September 19th, I am offering a 12- Week Mindfulness in Nature group for women held in an outdoor location. The location will be Carlisle Park in Onalaska and the time is 9-10:30 am. The group integrates ecotherapy and mindfulness practices to support emotional regulation, stress reduction, and connection. Group size is limited to 8 participants. Several insurances are accepted, including Coordinated Care and Molina.

This group is neurodivergent-affirming, welcoming the
full range of neurodivergence, not only autism and ADHD.
