About this group
It’s a 6-week processing group for South Asian women in their 30s and 40s, offering a space to connect with others who may share similar cultural, family, relationship, and life experiences. The group is focused on reflection, support, and meaningful conversation rather than traditional psychotherapy, with an emphasis on feeling seen and understood by others who “get it.”
