About this group
This virtual group is designed to teach core Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. This structured environment helps participants consistently learn and apply their skills between sessions so they can build their Life Worth Living. This group is open to adults in Washington and California and meets weekly on Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00PM PST.
COVID-conscious
This is a virtual group, which is a COVID-safe option.
Neurodivergent-affirming
This group is neurodivergent-affirming, welcoming the
full range of neurodivergence, not only autism and ADHD.
Additional information
This group opens to new members intermittently, every 8-10 weeks.
