Tuning & Tinkering: A men's creative existential support group

Facilitated by Dana Paik-Simerly, LMHC; Meaghan Halverson, LMHC

Licensed clinician

About this group

Whether you're navigating transition, questioning old assumptions, seeking deeper relationships, or simply wanting to feel more alive, this group offers a place to reflect, experiment, and grow alongside other men committed to the same process. Over the course of 6 weeks, we will set aside intentional time to gather, talk, and explore our own creative process through writing and art journal prompts.  At the end of our time together, you will have developed a process and a journal to take with you into the world beyond this group.

Neurodivergent-affirming

This group is neurodivergent-affirming, welcoming the full range of neurodivergence, not only autism and ADHD.
