From Wanting to Doing: Sustainable Executive Functioning Group

About this group
Supportive online group learning space for sharing and receiving non-judgmental and neurodiversity-affirming wisdom, information, and strategies for supporting your executive function skills, e.g. planning, organization, working memory, starting and completing tasks. Flexibility on how you interact most comfortably (e.g. camera on or off, using chat, listening only). Next series is Tuesdays 11 am- 12 pm starting Oct 13th. Great for: -People with chronic conditions and/or burnout who want to re-approach productivity in a more sustainable way -Professionals, students, parents and other busy people who struggle to organize their time and tasks -Young adults preparing to transition to greater independence and wanting to gain life management skills -Late-diagnosed neurodivergent people wanting to re-evaluate how they support themselves in managing daily tasks
